Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). Some orders will ship in multiple boxes and each box will have its own unique tracking number.
Shipping Rates
Rhino Rack USA offers standard ground services within the United States.
Ground Shipping
Arrives in 1 to 6 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays. Weekend delivery is subject to carrier availability. No shipping to P.O. Boxes.
Delivery to Extended Areas
Please contact Rhino Rack for shipping quote to areas outside of the contiguous US (Hawaii, Alaska, US Territories)
Delivery of Large Items
Oversized Items will be shipped using LTL Truck services. The shipping company will contact you to schedule a delivery date and time, as you will be required to sign off on the package delivery. Missing the delivery date schedule and requiring re-delivery or Saturday delivery may incur additional charges.
Sorry, we currently do not deliver the identified large items to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico. Please use our Where to buy page or Find local dealers of these products.
SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
Please note the following restrictions to the Rhino Rack USA Shipping Policy:
- You are advised to provide a shipping address where you will be present to receive the shipment. Rhino Rack USA is not responsible for packages left unattended in the event that the recipient is not available to receive a shipment.
- We do not ship C.O.D.
- All orders must include a complete shipping address and phone number.
- Rhino Rack cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, or FPO.
- For oversized product shipments to the contiguous 48 states, only freight ground is made available.
- For certain oversized product shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, additional shipping charges may apply. Please contact Rhino Rack USA for a quote, including these additional fees.
- Delivery times are not guaranteed.
