Terms and Conditions – Y-Kit - Buy 4, Get 5th - Free Redemption Offer
APRIL 1 – May 31, 2022
1. This redemption offer is open to any US Rhino Rack Dealer, Jobber, Installer who purchase Rhino Rack products from an authorized wholesale distributor.
2. To redeem, claimant entrant must purchase qualifying 4x Rhino-Rack Y-Kits, then upload a receipt as proof of purchase to www.rhinorack.com/jobber-redemption-offer and complete the form.
3. One claim per email address is permitted. Email address must be valid to claim. Invalid email addresses will not be accepted as a claim. Purchase and claims need to be made between 12:00am Friday 1st April 2022 (Mountain Time US) and 11:59pm Tuesday 31th of May 2022 (Mountain Time US) to be considered valid.
4. Approved claimants will be notified via email during the promotional period between 12:00pm Friday 1st April 2022 (Mountain) and 11:59pm Tuesday 31st of May 2022 (Mountain Time US).
5. Rhino-Rack must receive claims during the Promotional Period. Rhino-Rack accepts no responsibility for any late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible or corrupted claims. Rhino-Rack is not liable for any costs incurred, responses received or any other consequences of user error.
6. Rhino-Rack has the right to distribute the qualifying, on-hand, promotional Y-kit throughout and after the promotional period up to 180 days (Friday 1st April 2022 up to Wednesday 30th of November 2022.)
7. The Claimant will be eligible to claim one qualifying Rhino-Rack Y-Kit.
8. No portion, either part or whole of the prize may be transferable as cash or in any other form unless where explicitly stated and approved by Rhino-Rack.
9. Rhino-Rack will cover the cost of shipping (via ground freight or lowest cost shipping option) the qualifying product to the claimant and will only be liable for delivery to an US address in the contiguous 48 states (Alaska and Hawaii claimants will be contacted and asked to cover additional shipping costs.) Rhino-Rack makes no guarantees with regards to delivery time frames or stock availability of qualifying product. Delivery of the promotional product may take up to four (4) weeks from the date a claim is verified, processed, approved as valid and shipped. Deliveries will be sent with no signature required. Acceptance of and receipt of the shipments are the sole responsibility of the claimant. Rhino Rack makes no guarantees as related to the safe delivery of the promotional product after leaving the Rhino Rack distribution centers.
10. Rhino-Rack will not be liable for any costs or labor relating to fitting/installation of the promotional product. This is solely the responsibility of the claimant.
11. Any personal information obtained from claimants via this redemption offer will only be used by Rhino-Rack and will not be released to any third party. By making your claim you are agreeing to subscribe to Rhino-Rack communications.
12. Rhino-Rack shall not be liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or sustained (including through negligence) in connection with or arising from the promotion or any promotional product, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
13. Rhino-Rack accepts no responsibility for any tax implications that may arise from acceptance of the promotional product or the use thereof. It is the responsibility of each claimant to seek independent advice on the possible implications this may have on their own financial situation.
14. Rhino-Rack reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any and all claims from any person, and prohibit that person’s further participation in this promotion, who tampers with, or benefits from any tampering with, the entry process or the operation of the promotion or acts in violation of these conditions of entry, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any person. This redemption offer may be withdrawn by Rhino-Rack at any time, for any reason, without any prior notice.
15. If for any reason this promotion is not capable of running as planned, including due to infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of Rhino-Rack, Rhino-Rack reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion without prior notice.
16. Rhino-Rack reserves the right to terminate the redemption offer if all or any part of any term or condition contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be declared or become unenforceable, invalid, or illegal for any reason, such term or provision [or part thereof] shall be deemed severed from these Conditions of Entry and the other terms and conditions hereof shall remain in full force.
17. This Terms and Conditions document may be amended by Rhino-Rack at any time without any prior notice.
18. Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of all conditions of entry.
